Nature has so much power. When I got divorced, I had a therapist who asked me if I believed in God. I said I wasn’t sure. Then he asked how I felt when I was in nature - and I suddenly understood what he was really asking.
Your post brought me right back to that moment. We don’t give nature enough credit. Sometimes it’s the first place we feel safe enough to listen to ourselves again.
