A recurring role on the hit syndicated television show "Renegade" introduced Shauna to an international television audience. Her popularity climbed with her stunning appearances on the covers of many International Magazines, calendar appearances, and her own poster, which proved that she could conquer yet another media market. She parlayed this success by several television and stage hosting appearances which included one of Playboy TV's top rated shows: "Playboy Jazz Festival" and she was a celebrity co-host on "The Sally Jesse Raphael Show". Her film career has led her to star in "The Chosen One" with Carmen Electra and is featured in three motion pictures titled "Down To Earth, "Good Cop Bad Cop" and "Back To Even". Shauna is also appearing in the television series "Air America", airing worldwide and the new Warner Brothers series "Dark Realm".

Shauna's continued success has led her to be featured in numerous international endorsement deals and worldwide publications. Shauna resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband, television star Lorenzo Lamas and their three daughters. Charity work is also a priority for Ms. Sand and she donates her time along with her husband to "Angel Flight", a non-profit organization which gives free air travel to terminally ill patients who can't afford to fly or are too ill to travel by conventional means. Shauna is also designing her own stiletto heel shoe line which will be launched in the fall.
